K1EL makes a PIC-based kit that takes serial commands as input and keys CW at the rig.
K1EL also offers a PocketPC PDA software utility to send Morse Code to the WinKey card. Purists may think generating Morse Code isn't truly "ham radio". That's ok... it's still fun.
