Hello,

I have a NEC mobilepro 900 running Windows CE. Does your program do distance/bearing calculations based on grid squares? I am trying to find a program that does that so when I am roving I can get the proper bearing.

Thanks for any info...or if you have any info on other programs that might do that I would be greatly appreciative!

Regards de Dan

Hi Dan

MobileLog calculates bearing based on your lat/lon and the lat/lon of
the country/prefix. So, it works ok for HF DXing (rough estimates) but
wouldn't be good for VHF/UHF grid square work.

I'm not sure if there's something else for grid square to bearing
calcs on WinCE. I might write one as it doesn't sound too tough -
would you like to be a beta tester?
