Nashville - Emerson Exchange

Gaylord OprylandAnother business trip means another delay to the tower project. This time I’m in Nashville, TN at a convention: Emerson User’s Group Exchange at the Gaylord Opryland. In my job as Director of Customer Support, Quality and Education for the Flow Computer Division of Emerson Process Management, I spend a lot of time talking to customers, suppliers, and employees around the world.

It’s interesting work and it does have its rewards, but the frequent travel (25%+) and job demands have been taking a little too much time lately away from my family. Of course, ham radio takes a back seat to both my job and family… but I guess life is all about finding the right balance, isn’t it?
