Category: Ham Radio: CW
|
Description: CW This category contains topics related to CW, also known as Morse Code. Ham Radio operators used Morse Code as their first means of communicating. While the amateur radio hobby has taken on many other modes of communicating, CW remains extremely popular because of its bandwidth efficiency and ability to work well in noisy conditions with a minimal transmitter or receiver. |

WSJT Home Page
The WSJT Home Page by K1JT.
WSJT is the computer program, ''Weak Signal communication, by K1JT.'' The program supports four principal modes:
FSK441, designed to support communication using very brief “pings” from meteor trails in the ionosphere;
JT6M, also for meteor scatter, but especially optimized for the 6-meter band;
JT65, ideal for extremely weak but slowly varying signals such as those found on troposcatter and Earth-Moon-Earth (EME) paths; and the
EME Echo mode for detecting and measuring your own echoes from the moon.
