The IC-703 is Icom's QRP HF plus 6 meter transceiver. Depending on the power supplied to the unit, it will deliver 5W (using 9.6 VDC) or 10W (using 13.8 VDC). It has an internal antenna tuner and DSP for notch filtering and noise reduction (however, it is not an IF-DSP, so it still requires crystal filters).
