The ARRL's Logbook of the World is a web-hosted database that the ARRL uses to validate QSOs for popular awards such as DXCC and WAS. Ham radio operators upload QSOs to the site and the system compares contacts in order to establish that a valid QSO can be confirmed (QSL).
