Ten-Tec's Orion II (Model 566) is the American entry in the mid-to-high end HF transceiver wars. It offers 32-bit CPU using the Freescale (Motorola) DragonBall Super VZ, two 32-bit ADI SHARC DSPs, and completely redesigned firmware and DSP code.
